Challenge: Avamere Senior Living had an additional wing that had been added but not used for several years and wanted to expand to attract new residents.
Result: A total renovation that included new flooring in residential units and common areas, implementing new vinyl flooring & low pile carpeting to assist with the mobility of wheelchairs and walkers. New cabinetry was installed for added storage, in addition to a total redesign of the entertainment and social areas.
